HR Clerk

POSITION:    Human Resources Clerk RU# 8

LOCATION:    Monongalia County

HOURS:        Full Time position; 40 hours weekly         8-5 M-F

JOB DUTIES:    Assists with daily functions within the Human Resources Department that assures that office duties, activities & projects are completed in a timely manner. These duties relate to clerical, secretarial, data entry, technological, designing, report writing and filing. Ensures that all trainings are planned and coordinated appropriately. Promotes a positive office environment by providing support services to employees throughout Valley.
                
MINIMUM    REQUIREMENTS:High school diploma or GED. capable of maintaining confidentiality; excellent interpersonal skills; must know basic filing skills; ability to type at least forty words per minute; must be computer literate.
