POSITION:        LPN, RU # 508, 521, 531

LOCATION:      Monongalia County    

HOURS:              
Part Time Position - 20-34 hours weekly
10:30p-6:30a. Various Days, every other weekend; some holidays

JOB DUTIES:    
Providing LPN services that will satisfy the 24 hour nursing component with MR/DD indivuals in group homes according to Doctor's orders.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 
A high school diploma or equivalent and current WV LPN license; CPR/First Aid cards or the ability to be trained within one week of employment. Must be able to legally transport clients if needed.

Prefer: Six months experience with long term care.
